Mot Mot Residence
Inspired by the vibrant Motmot bird, this luxury villa embodies the harmony between modern design and the tropical landscape. Perched in the San Ramón mountains with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, it captures the essence of Costa Rican elegance and natural tranquility.
Villa Odyssey
Located in the lush mountains of Playa Dominicalito, Costa Rica, this luxury tropical residence captures the essence of coastal living with sweeping 180º views of the Pacific Ocean. The design harmonizes contemporary architecture with the surrounding forest, emphasizing open spaces, natural ventilation, and abundant light. The main house includes three ensuite bedrooms and a spacious social area where kitchen, dining, and living spaces flow effortlessly into an outdoor terrace and infinity-edge pool, blurring the boundaries between indoors and nature.
Sky View Residence
Located in Costa Verde Estates, a private, gated community is a premium development with first class infrastructure at the top of Escaleras hills. The lot where the project is locates has an amazing 180º view to the Pacific Ocean. The residence consist of a main house with 4 rooms each one with private bathrooms. The social area has kitchen and living integrated with an outdoor terrace and an infinty swimming pool. It has provisions to build a future completely independent guest house at the entrance of the property.
Escazu Home Renovation
Perched in the picturesque mountains of Escazú, Costa Rica, this residential renovation embodies ABV Architecture’s vision of transforming existing spaces through creativity, functionality, and harmony with nature. What began as a modest remodeling and repair project evolved into a comprehensive home renovation that revitalized the structure while honoring its original charm.
The design approach focused on expanding and enhancing the living areas to create a more open, comfortable, and light-filled environment. Using sustainable materials and bioclimatic design principles, the renovation improved energy efficiency and natural airflow—key aspects of ABV’s tropical design philosophy. The result is a refined modern residence that seamlessly blends the old with the new, offering a serene retreat where architecture and environment coexist beautifully in the heart of Escazú.
